Hach’s new DPD Pro test strips are the first NSF Certified dip-and-read strips for public pools. The test results use the DPD method for Total Chlorine and Free Chlorine. In two minutes, users have results for seven key chemistries.
“DPD Pro minimizes the number of steps required for testing and eliminates the need for counting drops and diluting high range samples,” says Lara Winter, product manager at Hach. “It makes it easier for everyone to get testing right: just dip, read and log results. We’re always looking for opportunities to simplify testing, and pool operators have expressed a desire for faster and simpler testing using the DPD method.”
