Paul Cruze’s father-in-law is a pool industry lifer and got Cruze a job at SCP Distributors loading up bags of marble dust and cement and driving a forklift in the warehouse. Cruze worked his way up to a design center salesman for NPT, eventually going to work for his biggest customer Premier Pools & Spas. “They had great leadership in place and a culture of excellence,” Cruze says.
Cruze loves building relationships with his customers and helping them make lifelong memories through his work. “My ‘why’ goes much deeper than making a good living,” Cruze says. “One day I aspire to start my own custom pool company and I could not have chose a better foundation to build than here at PPAS – Sacramento.”
