Kelli Pleyo started in the pool industry in 2020 as a receptionist for Premier Pools in Richland, Washington. She quickly found a love for it and is now the service manager and hopes to eventually work in project management.
“I enjoy learning new things every day and love interacting with clients and helping them in any way I can,” she says.
Pleyo’s favorite part about her job is the smile of each customer she has helped. She strives to give customers the best experience possible.
“I enjoy being a wealth of knowledge to our customers and making them feel confident in their decision to do business with us,” she says. “I see the pool industry as a long-term career not only because I enjoy the customer service aspect but also because I have invested in myself to be as knowledgeable as I can be. I intend to leave my mark by being a light to the lives I am fortunate enough to touch and by being helpful, caring and understanding to customers’ needs.”
