Talking Pools Podcast Names 2026 Top Pool Industry Mentors
Talking Pools Podcast announced its 2026 Top Ten Pool Industry Mentors, recognizing professionals who have demonstrated a commitment to mentoring and developing others in the pool and spa industry.
The program began with 103 nominations, which were narrowed to 20 finalists. According to Talking Pools Podcast, nominations were anonymized before being evaluated by the hosts to reduce bias and focus on each nominee’s impact on the people they have mentored.
The 2026 honorees are:

- Chris Cavanaugh, Cavanaugh Pool, Spa & Patio Inc., Madisonville, Kentucky
- Laci Davis, The Grit Game, Hudson, Florida
- Jeff Hampe, Hampe Pools, Largo, Florida
- Tim McDow, Waco Pool & Spa, Waco, Texas
- John Poma, A+ Pool Service, Lakeland, Florida
- Brandon Reed, Pool Volution, Rancho Cucamonga, California
- Terry Tamminen, AltaSea, Port of Los Angeles, California
- Jerry Wallace, Swim Chem, Sacramento, California
- Peter Wiedermann, BNI – Business Network International, Perth, Australia
Greg Beard, John Poma and Laci Davis are repeat recipients of the recognition.
The mentors will each receive an award, with one recipient to be presented a championship belt during an October ceremony.
