After more than five decades of leadership, Bill Kent is stepping away as CEO at Team Horner — but not from the industry he’s spent a lifetime building.
Team Horner announced a planned leadership transition as Bill Kent steps down from his role as CEO. Effective immediately, Mike Dooley, current chief operating officer and president, will assume the roles of CEO and president. Kent will become chairman of the board for Team Horner’s employee stock ownership plan, where he will focus on supporting the company’s employee-owners.
Team Horner, a manufacturer, wholesale distributor and global exporter of swimming pool equipment and chemicals, announced two leadership appointments for HornerXpress, its U.S. wholesale distribution division.
