2021 Pool and Spa Show Moves to Virtual Platform

The Pool and Spa Show, powered by NESPA, announced plans to move its 2021 Show from an in-person event to a live-streaming experience January 26 – 28, 2021.

“Since last spring, we have known that we needed to have multiple options on the table to deliver the high-quality content and first-class experience that our attendees and exhibitors expect,” says Patricia McCormick, show manager for The Pool and Spa Show. “We had hoped to have an in-person event and worked hard with many stakeholders in Atlantic City as well as the pool and spa industry to make that happen. As the year ends — and keeping the safety and success of our friends in the industry in mind — we are pivoting to a live-streaming, interactive event.”

The format will change, but the focus on creating a unique experience will not. The Pool and Spa Show has engaged PSAV, a full-service global event production company, and other content creation professionals to develop and deliver The Pool and Spa Show Experience in January 2021. The event will be broadcasting content live from Atlantic City and around the region to give guests and partners a experience that they have never seen from traditional online meetings.

“Walt Disney famously said, ‘If you can dream it, you can do it,’ and the NESPA staff and leadership never cease dreaming of ways to improve The Show,” says Amy Rullo, president of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association. “Folks will find that is never more true when they get to see The Pool and Spa Show Experience. Make no mistake, while we won’t all be in the same location, our industry will be together the last week of January.”

The Experience will be announcing more details in the weeks to come on social media channels and via email newsletters.
