Ecolab Launches AquaIQ Program to Support Hotel Pool Operations

Ecolab has introduced its AquaIQ program, a digital platform designed to help hotels and other hospitality businesses maintain pool and spa operations with greater efficiency and reliability.

The AquaIQ system combines remote monitoring, smart sensors and data analytics to detect and address potential issues before they cause service disruptions. Backed by Ecolab’s 24/7 Global Intelligence Center and a network of field engineers, the program aims to reduce pool downtime, improve water quality and enhance guest satisfaction.

Powered by the ECOLAB3D platform, AquaIQ integrates with the Ecolab Pool Manager app, allowing operators to access real-time data, receive alerts and track trends in chemical levels and system performance.

Ecolab reports that pool closures can cost hospitality businesses an estimated $154 per hour in lost revenue, making continuous uptime important.
