Heritage Pool Supply Group Acquires Aquafinity

Heritage Pool Supply Group Inc. has acquired Commercial Energy Specialists Holdings LLC, operating as Aquafinity, expanding its presence in the commercial aquatics distribution market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Aquafinity, headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, distributes commercial pool equipment, chemicals and supplies. Formed in 2021 through the combination of five regional distributors, the company operates seven locations across 20 states and employs more than 170 people. CEO Jeffrey Meyer will continue to lead the organization.

Aquafinity serves a range of customers, including commercial pools, waterparks and institutional aquatics facilities. Heritage says the acquisition enhances its ability to support designers, contractors and service professionals in the commercial sector.
