Landmark Aquatic Appoints Mick Hoeflinger as Vice President of Field Services

Landmark Aquatic has appointed Mick Hoeflinger as vice president of field services.

In the role, Hoeflinger will oversee field service operations and support initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, customer experience and long-term growth.

He brings over 15 years of service leadership experience across several skilled trades, including plumbing, HVAC and compressed air systems and holds a master of business administration from Concordia University Wisconsin.

Hoeflinger is known for a collaborative leadership style and works closely with technical field teams and managers to strengthen field-level execution and operational performance.

Hoeflinger also served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, including eight years on active duty in construction and general engineering-related roles, which helped shape his operational and leadership approach.
