โ€œBy becoming 100% employee-owned, we are ensuring that every member of our team benefits directly from our collective achievements,โ€ says Troy Yoder, CEO of Natare Corporation. โ€œThis transition further empowers our employees, fosters a culture of shared success and secures our legacy as an independent, people-focused organization.โ€

The company became a partial ESOP in 2022 when Walsh began transferring the companyโ€™s ownership to its employees rather than selling to another entity.

Natare employees were notified of the change in July 2025 during a company-wide luncheon that doubled as a surprise celebration, with Walsh and his wife Linda in attendance. Walsh continues to serve as executive chairman of the board for Natare.
