PHTA Launches Online Center of Excellence Training Hub
The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance has launched the Center of Excellence, an online, on-demand training hub designed to help pool and hot tub professionals expand their skills and knowledge.
The Center of Excellence debuts with more than 100 courses, with additional offerings planned later this year and into 2025. Learning pathways will cover building and engineering, service and maintenance, retail and distribution and facility operations, with manufacturing and business education pathways to follow by mid-2026.
Courses are self-paced, typically one to two hours long and taught by industry experts. The platform also includes live weekly office hours for mentoring and real-time feedback.

The Center of Excellence is open to PHTA members and non-members, with flexible pricing. Members can apply Class Pass credits toward enrollment, and subscription access provides unlimited courses for individuals or companies. Most courses earn one PHTA continuing education unit.
