PHTA Welcomes Azureon as Center of Excellence Enterprise Partner
The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance announced its first Center of Excellence Enterprise Partner: Azureon, a leading provider of pool care services across the Northeast.
PHTA’s Center of Excellence is an online, on-demand education hub that offers a comprehensive course curriculum for the pool and hot tub industry. The training and credentialing solution is designed to support Azureon in developing Azureon Academy, which will advance the company’s workforce development and retention, standardize training quality and align educational outcomes.
Azureon was established in 2024 to unite top-performing pool service companies across the Northeast region. Over the past 18 months, Azureon has grown to a family of 11 companies in New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Maine, with plans to expand.

Azureon’s partnership with PHTA’s Center of Excellence includes a three-year deal that lets the company manage employees’ education, onboarding and professional pathways across all companies, all in one place. This will allow managers to track educational progress and easily assess their employees’ knowledge, which can then be tied to compensation and promotions.
The Center of Excellence will provide Azureon access to over 150 on-demand courses in the first year, with 100 new courses being added to the curriculum in years two and three. In addition to the on-demand training, Azureon employees can also attend live sessions and speak to their trainers through virtual office hours.

Azureon can also customize its Center of Excellence curriculum with internal courses, safety information and human resources courses from other vendors.
