Swimming pool retail, service and repair franchise, Pinch A Penny Pool Patio and Spa, announced that Michael Arrowsmith has joined the company as chief development officer. With more than 25 years of experience growing franchise brands, Arrowsmith will spearhead Pinch A Penny’s aggressive development efforts in key target markets, including Texas and Georgia, as well as new franchisee recruitment.
Pinch A Penny has reported ongoing success with eight consecutive years of same store sales growth and consistently substantial sales in both the retail and service space. As a result, the company reports to be investing in its corporate leadership to accelerate this momentum and position the brand for further success.

Arrowsmith has held senior level executive positions at several leading franchise brands, including Denny’s, Gloria Jean’s Coffee, Checkers & Rally’s, and most recently serving as chief development officer of Captain D’s. His extensive understanding of the franchising industry has allowed him to achieve exceptional and sustained development and financial results for each company’s franchise system.
