PoolPay.ai, developed for pool service professionals, has launched as the first free billing and payment platform designed to simplify invoicing and eliminate processing fees for pool pros.
“Invoices that don’t get paid on time are a hit to a small business or sole proprietor,” says founder Ken Smart, a longtime technologist who spent a decade at Salesforce. “Pool pros shouldn’t have to act like accountants — they just want to keep pools clean and get paid.”
The platform automates invoicing, enables autopay and digital payment options — including Apple Pay and Google Pay — and allows pool companies to manage customer billing from a single dashboard.
PoolPay is free for pool professionals, and the company offers referral rewards, allowing pool pros to earn bonuses for bringing new users to the platform.
In addition to simplifying billing, PoolPay aims to offer small business financing options through capital partnerships, helping pool companies invest in equipment and growth.
