Space Coast Pool School Announces 2025 Educational Partners, Highlights Instructor Expertise
Space Coast Pool School has announced its 2025 Strategic Educational Partners, a coalition of leading pool and spa industry companies collaborating to expand education, networking and professional development nationwide.
The initiative underscores the school’s commitment to connecting professionals with top resources, certifications and expert-led training. Through these partnerships, Space Coast Pool School aims to offer more comprehensive education while fostering a network of trusted industry connections.
The partners include: Pool Brain, VacBagz, RevdUp Apparel, Primate Pool Tools, Eeziblue, AquaStar, Basecrete, PoolWash, Raypak, Pool Route Sales USA and ITS.
Space Coast Pool School’s instructor team brings over 100 years of combined experience. They provide hands-on, real-world training for Certified Pool Operator courses across the U.S.
The team includes:
- Lauren Broom – PHTA-certified instructor, former Florida DOH inspector, OSHA-authorized trainer and 2024 Pool Nation Trainer of the Year
- August Ursin – founder of Ursin Aquatic Solutions, former Florida DOH program manager
- Dan Waxman – CPO instructor and Certified Maintenance Specialist with experience in aquatics management
- Connie Jannarone – Aquatics operations specialist with extensive lifeguard and facility management experience
- Clemente Rivera – Aquatic systems and consulting expert with expertise in filtration, automation and facility design
- Stephen Ely – Maintenance and repair veteran, CPOI instructor and OSHA-certified trainer.
- Bill Hamilton – Waterpark and quality management expert with decades in the pool and spa industry
- Chris Lightenberg – Aquatics educator and sales leader with over 45 years in teaching and service
- David Rockwell – Luxury pool and chemistry specialist
- Anthony Stanback – Residential and commercial pool service professional, owner of HydroChemistry Pools & Spas
