SPS PoolCare Acquires Maintenance and Repair Division of Hobert Pools & Spas

SPS PoolCare has announced its latest acquisition — the maintenance and repair division of Hobert Pools & Spas, a premier custom pool builder and service company serving Dallas and the surrounding Metroplex area. This represents the fourth acquisition for SPS PoolCare in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and is the company’s 28th investment in the pool industry as it continues to partner with top pool companies across the Sun Belt.
