The Amenity Collective Promotes Eric Rowell and Appoints Troy Lindbeck
The Amenity Collective, a leading provider of single-service solutions across the aquatics, fitness and recreation industries, is expanding its leadership with the promotion of Eric Rowell to general counsel and the appointment of Troy Lindbeck as chief operating officer of Amenity Pool Services.
Rowell has been with The Amenity Collective for four years at the Huntersville, North Carolina office, previously serving as director of risk management. A licensed attorney in North and South Carolina, Rowell brings more than 15 years of legal experience across corporate risk management, contract law and insurance claims. Before joining The Amenity Collective, he served as general counsel for Swim Club Management Group — later acquired by The Amenity Collective — and held prior roles in the insurance industry.
As COO of Amenity Pool Services, part of The Amenity Collective’s portfolio of brands, Lindbeck will lead operational strategy, oversee marketing efforts, drive business growth and enhance service delivery across Amenity’s residential and commercial pool divisions. Lindbeck brings over a decade of experience in aquatics, franchise development, real estate, construction and service operations. He most recently served as vice president of operations at Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa, where he led franchise development, real estate and operational strategy across 300-plus locations.
