Genesis is offering a comprehensive three-day program covering concrete pool construction in Birmingham, Alabama, on March 20-22, 2023.
This course will provide the knowledge and skills to build beautiful and structurally sound concrete pools. Topics covered include plumbing and engineering, layout, forming, excavation, shotcrete and waterproofing, tile and coping, concrete decking, pre-plaster preparation and pool finishes as well as project management including startup, punch list, closeout and more.
This course is a prerequisite for those pursuing the Certified Builder Professional designation and offers the opportunity to learn from experts with deep experience in pool construction, project management and business, including Terry Brannon, P.E.; Randy Dukes, Rocky Wisley, Master CBP; and Ken Milbery.
The course will be held at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham. The cost is $2,090 for a PHTA member and $2,590 for a non-member. Register online at the Genesis website.
