American Pool Enterprises recently partnered with Windsor, New Jersey-based Sparkling Pool Services. The transaction, which closed on October 4, 2019, transitions both seasonal management and year-round maintenance accounts to a combined American Pool portfolio. The transaction welcomes Sparkling’s full-time team of 35 seasoned professionals into the American Pool family and bolsters American Pools’ ability to lead efficiency and innovation in the ever-changing pool industry.

Sparkling’s founder and CEO, Andy Quinn, will be exiting the company and its existing leadership team will join the executive team at American Pool.
