David Manning is an owner of Manning Pool Service in Houston and has grown up in the pool industry with his brother Jeffrey, who had served as co-owner of the business until 2020, when he retired. Today, MPS has 34 employees and recently moved to its own 2-acre location after renting space for eight years. MPS reached $4.5 million in revenue in 2021.
