Big Blue Swim School Reopens Two Locations Following Renovations

Big Blue Swim School has reopened its Buffalo Grove, Illinois, and Dulles, Virginia, locations following facility renovations designed to enhance the experience for students and their families.

Both locations officially reopened Aug. 8 after updates that included new showers, upgraded tile, refreshed changing rooms, new reception areas, improved lighting and lobby renovations. The Buffalo Grove facility also received new murals and branding, while the Dulles location added new ductwork in the pool area and refreshed its viewing space.

“Families choose a swim school because they want to see their children grow in confidence and make steady progress in the water,” says Tom Dolan, president of corporate pools at Big Blue Swim School. “These renovations allow us to deliver that experience in an environment that’s even more welcoming and comfortable for the families we serve.”

To celebrate the renovations, both locations will host grand reopening events Aug. 15 featuring facility tours, family activities and opportunities to learn about Big Blue’s swim programs.

Big Blue Swim School offers year-round swim instruction for children ages 3 months to 12 years through four progressive skill levels, with class sizes designed to provide individualized instruction.
