AquaReceipt Launches Service Documentation Tool

AquaReceipt has launched a web-based tool designed to help pool service professionals create customer-ready service receipts without requiring a subscription or cloud-based platform.

The tool converts poolside service notes into receipts that include water chemistry readings, completed work, products used, photos and service notes. Service data remains stored in the user’s browser rather than being uploaded to the cloud, according to the company.

AquaReceipt offers three free receipts, with a one-time lifetime license available for $29. The company says the platform is intended for pool professionals seeking a simple way to document service visits and provide customers with proof of completed work.
