When I tell people I write and edit magazines, they want to know, “Which one?” Of course, the guy changing my oil, a Starbucks barista or the majority of people I come in contact with outside work will likely never see a trade magazine about swimming pools.
That’s all right with me.
But I had a moment of pride when a new acquaintance told me her husband owns a pool company, and lo and behold, reads PoolPro.
