This workshop will illuminate one of the greatest threats facing professional retailers in our industry: Accelerated customer defections of aftermarket products (parts, accessories, water care, etc.), and will introduce corrective actions and behaviors. Discussion will include how the sale of new pool projects and hot tubs has added to this problem and has led to losing recurring revenue to the aftermarket business.
