Landmark Aquatic Names Jason Hill Kansas City General Manager

Landmark Aquatic has promoted Jason Hill to general manager of its Kansas City, Missouri, market.

Hill brings nearly two decades of commercial aquatics experience to the position. He has worked as a laborer, plumber, project superintendent and project manager, a background he says informs his approach to supporting employees in the field.

“I truly understand the jobs of everyone here,” Hill says. “It’s not just how they’re supposed to perform, I actually understand their day-to-day struggles, their desire for growth and their need to have the best tools at their disposal to do their job efficiently.”

Hill says mentorship and workforce development will be priorities as he takes on the role. With a limited pool of experienced commercial aquatics workers available to hire, he plans to emphasize training and coaching to develop the team.

He is also working with Landmark’s marketing team to increase the company’s visibility in the Kansas City market.
