Latham Pool Products Inc., provider of residential in-ground pools and accessories in North America, Australia and New Zealand, has hired Josh Cowley as the company’s new chief commercial officer. In his new role, Cowley will lead Latham’s global sales organization and focus on driving strategic sales initiatives to achieve the company’s new business and growth goals in 2021 and beyond.
Cowley previously held various leadership roles during his 16 years at Stanley Black & Decker, most recently serving as president and general manager in retail sales and marketing. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, focusing on business development, productivity, profitability and market share gain. “We are thrilled to have Josh join our team,” says Scott Rajeski, president and CEO of Latham Pool Products. “His extensive leadership experience in corporate business development and customer relations has proven his ability to transform brands, while improving topline growth and bottom-line performance.
