Austin Gardiner co-founded GL Pools in 2006, alongside his childhood friend Kyle Lobe, with a commitment to bringing valuable expertise and reliability to pool owners. Gardiner is a second-generation pool professional, has served as an Independent Pool and Spa Service Association chapter president and on IPSSA and Pool & Hot Tub Alliance boards and holds a National Plasterers Council Startup certification. His expertise ensures GL Pools upholds the highest standards of service and professionalism, and his passion for pool solutions and focus on team and culture development have been instrumental in establishing GL Pools as a distinguished name in San Diego’s competitive pool service market.
Kim Langley, Owner

With more than eight years of experience in the pool industry, Kim Langley launched Tried & True Pool Company in June 2022. She specializes in residential pool services, including maintenance, repairs and installations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety and long-term care solutions. Supported by her husband, two sons and sister, Langley has built a family-driven business known for reliability, attention to detail and industry knowledge. Together, her team helps clients enjoy clean, safe and beautiful pools year-round.
Nicole Geissberger, Assistant General Manager
Hansen’s Pool & Spa
Kenosha, Wisconsin
Nicole Geissberger is the assistant general manager at Hansen’s Pool & Spa, where she blends strong leadership with a customer-first mindset. She began at Hansen’s in January 2023 as an assistant retail manager and progressed into the roles of service coordinator and service manager before being promoted to assistant general manager in 2025. Based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Geissberger oversees daily operations and staff, fostering a welcoming environment for team members and customers. Leveraging her product knowledge, technical expertise and natural kindness, she works to ensure everyone feels supported, informed and valued.
Joshua Bice, Professional Service Manager

With more than 26 years in the aquatics industry, Joshua Bice has built his career around mentorship, innovation and a focus on advancing safety. After early roles with Island Breeze and as an independent pool contractor in San Diego, he joined VivoAquatics, where he has spent the past 7 1/2 years as professional service manager.
Bice specializes in servicing resorts, waterparks and hotels, focusing on safety, compliance and operational excellence. Known for his expertise in chemical automation, aquatic safety systems and regulatory compliance, he travels nationwide to optimize chemical controllers, ensure VGBA compliance and implement proactive safety measures.
Passionate about innovation, Bice is at the forefront of integrating AI into chemical automation systems, helping bring cutting-edge solutions to facilities across the country. For him, the aquatics industry is more than a career — it’s the dream gig, combining constant learning with the opportunity to collaborate, train and elevate safety standards nationwide.
Joshua Clinton, Owner/CPO Instructor; Remote Senior Service Manager

Hattiesburg, Mississippi
Joshua Clinton has worked for more than 15 years in the pool service industry, with experience in retail management, service operations, education and advocacy. While working for Leslie’s Pool Supply early in his career, he discovered his interest in aquatics and customer service. Since then, he has owned and operated service companies across multiple states, taught as a Certified Pool Operator instructor and served on national industry committees.
Through Clinton Aquatics Group, he provides consulting, inspection and education services for pool pros. Additionally, he serves as senior service manager for a pool service company in Phoenix, Arizona, leading a remote team from his home base in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Under his leadership, the company grew from 450 to over 750 customers in a year, expanding its technician team from 10 to 19 and adding two service managers.
An active member of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Clinton serves on the CPO Advisory and Membership Committees. He is driven to elevate technicians, teaching CPO classes and mentoring new professionals — bringing both expertise and heart to the industry.
Abby Martin, Operations Manager

Raleigh, North Carolina
Abbie martin is the operations manager for Oak City Outdoors, a family-owned company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, that specializes in design-build swimming pools and custom outdoor living spaces. Drawing on a strong background in customer-focused industries, Martin brings a service-centric perspective to the business, overseeing daily operations and guiding projects from initial concept through completion. Through clear communication and exceptional client care, she helps ensure every Oak City Outdoors project is delivered with the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and personalized service.
