National Pool Partners (NPP) acquired two regional presidents and four partner companies since June.
Bryan Banta, from B&B Pools in Pompano Beach, Florida, joined the company as a partner and regional president over Florida. Banta will oversee NPP’s ambitious Florida expansion plans, including the integration of recent acquisitions Aloha Pool Service in Ft. Lauderdale and Everclear Pool Service & Repair in Inverness.
“Florida is by far the largest pool service market in the U.S., and we could not be more excited to have Bryan lead our expansion and integration of our four businesses in the state,” says NPP’s CEO Augusto Titarelli. “We expect to grow our footprint over the coming months by adding new companies to our family of brands, which allows us to continuously share best practices and grow as a partnership.”
In 2014, Banta became the second-generation owner of B&B Pools. By partnering with NPP, the B&B brand will join NPP’s family of brands and continue servicing the south Florida market. “I have never been more excited about the future of the pool industry,” Banta says. “This is a chance to continue building my family legacy, while benefiting from the resources of a large enterprise and experiences of the best minds in the industry. We are going to have a lot of fun together, and create lasting change for our customers and teammates.”
Additionally, Chad Nikkel from Aquaman Pools in Scottsdale, Arizona, has joined the NPP team as regional president over Arizona, joining Hal Denbar in Austin, Texas (Patriot Pool and Spa), and Eddie Skehan in Orlando (T&D Pool Service) as NPP’s third founding partner.
Nikkel has a decade in the pool service industry, and is focused on growing the Arizona market through acquisition and partnership with other leading local brands. Notably, in 2017 Nikkel acquired and integrated Brothers Pool Service, which was previously owned by Pool Chasers co-hosts Greg Villafana and Tyler Rasmussen. In partnership with NPP, Nikkel will continue to expand the Aquaman footprint across the metro Phoenix market.
“Chad brings a depth of industry experience in operations, growth, marketing and M&A, which will allow our businesses to quickly scale in the Metro Phoenix and Tucson markets in order to serve our customers more efficiently,” Titarelli says. “Over the summer, we will announce more Arizona companies to our family of brands.”
