Pinch A Penny, a swimming pool retail and backyard services franchise, has announced new stores opening in Cypress and North Dallas, Texas, and new franchise owners at its Wellington, Florida, location. Additionally, the company is developing a storefront location in Clear Lake, Texas, which will be turnkey for a franchisee to take ownership of in early 2023.
“This is a unique opportunity for a motivated owner to thrive in an untapped market,” says Adam Heflin, Pinch A Penny director of franchise development. “Pinch A Penny is managing the site selection, lease negotiations, store design and build out responsibilities so the new owner is set up for success and simply needs to start operations.”
Pinch A Penny Patio Spa in North Dallas opened September 1 and is owned by a pair of husband-and-wife teams, David and Brenda Hughes and Jack Eckenrode and Kristy Stroup.
“We are a strong team with decades of entrepreneurial experience under our belt,” David Hughes says. “Each of us brings our own area of expertise to the business, which helps us operate as a well-oiled machine.”
The Cypress, Texas, Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa opened September 16 and is owned by husband-and-wife team Dustin and Amy Collier. “We are excited to represent the brand by providing exemplary services in the community we call home,” Amy Collier says. “Pools are an extension of a person’s backyard and family, so we want to ensure clients have everything they need to create meaningful memories for years to come.”
Josie Flete and Genaro Melendez, a married couple, reopened Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa in Wellington, Florida. The pair revamped the store prior to its August 8 opening.
