NPP adds three Florida service companies

National Pool Partners has added three new pool service companies to its rapidly expanding portfolio. NPP is a new pool service company focused on partnering with leading regional pool service owner-operators, acquiring their businesses and providing them with the capital and expertise to accelerate their growth. B&B Pools in Pompano Beach, Aloha Pool Service in Fort Lauderdale and Everclear Pool Service & Repair in Inverness are its latest acquisitions. In addition, Bryan Banta from B&B will serve as a partner and regional president for NPP.

“I have never been more excited about the future of the pool industry,” Banta says. “NPP is building something special, and I look forward to revolutionizing the industry alongside partners from the industry. This is a chance to continue building my family legacy, while benefiting from the resources of a large enterprise and experiences of the best minds in the industry. We are going to have a lot of fun together and create lasting change for our customers and teammates.”

The owners of Aloha Pool Service and Everclear Pool Service & Repair are selling their businesses to NPP and moving into retirement.

“We care deeply for our customers and employees — they are our family,” says Patricia Caudill, co-owner of Everclear. “We did not need to sell, but we saw an incredible opportunity for our people to thrive by partnering with NPP.”

Mike and Pam Folz are husband-and-wife co-owners of Aloha Pools.

“I’ve spent my working life building Aloha into the first choice for pool service customers in the Fort Lauderdale area,” Mike Folz says. “We had several suitors, but after meeting Augusto [Titarelli, CEO of NPP] and the team, we knew NPP was the right partner for us. They showed an unwavering commitment to people and doing what’s best for the customer. We are excited about retirement in the Florida Keys, knowing the Aloha family is in the trusted hands of National Pool Partners.”

NPP is continuing to look for companies to acquire and partner with across the sunbelt, specifically in Florida and Texas.

“Florida is by far the largest pool service market in the U.S., and we could not be more excited to have Bryan lead our expansion and integration of our four businesses in the state,” Titarelli says. “We expect to grow our footprint over the coming months by adding new companies to our family of brands, which allows us to continuously share best practices and grow as a partnership.”
