Pentair Pool Updates Sales Structure to Strengthen Dealer Support

Pentair Pool has expanded and restructured its national and regional sales organization, adding new roles to improve accountability and support for distributors and dealers.

The updated structure includes dedicated national account managers for distributors, supported by zone account managers who oversee strategy across key regions. Each of Pentair’s seven regions is led by a regional sales manager and staffed with over 20 sales and service professionals — more than 150 field team members nationwide.

Scott Bushey, Pentair Pool’s national account manager for inside sales, says the company’s focus on relationships aligns with how the pool industry has traditionally operated. A third-generation pool professional, Bushey says the business has long relied on trust and continuity.

“It’s not a transactional-type relationship,” Bushey says. “We’re helping build memories.”

Bushey says the strengthened structure is designed to increase touchpoints with customers and improve dealer support, and he notes that Pentair’s emphasis on people remains a key differentiator for the company.
