Pool Scouts Sees Impressive Start to 2023

Pool Scouts, a pool cleaning and maintenance franchise, has had an exciting first two quarters in 2023, seeing six expansions, adding four new franchisees, seven brand-new units and reaching new states including Missouri and Illinois. Additionally, Pool Scouts saw consumer growth of 60% year-to-date and has serviced 8,100 customers so far in 2023, which is a growth of 39% over 2022.

Pool Scouts’ notable accomplishments include:

  • Maintaining a Net Promoter Score of 80 — well above the average score of only 32
  • Conducting three new franchisee training classes and one technical training class to help with recruitment and retention and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Being named on the Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 List, where brands are recognized for outstanding performance in areas such as financial strength and stability, unit growth and brand power
  • Being named a Top Low-Cost Franchise for 2023 by Franchise Business Review
  • Pool Scouts Franchisee of Houston being named 2023 Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association and being welcomed into the Pool Scouts’ honorary “$1 Million Club” for earning over $1 million in revenue through 2022
  • Partnering with Hope Floats Foundation for Water Safety Month for a third year to help provide swimming lessons for families in need
