POOLCORP Acquires Shoreline Pool Distribution

POOLCORP, the world’s largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool and backyard products, announced it has acquired the distribution assets of Jackson, Mississippi-based Shoreline Pool Distribution LLC. 

Shoreline serves Gulf Coast markets from distribution centers in Jackson and Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Shoreline’s owners, Tommy and Shane Draughn, also own and operate CPS Pools and Spas, a swimming pool products and supplies retail store in Jackson, which is not included in the acquisition and will continue to operate as an independent retail outlet.
