PoolDial Launches Service Management Platform with AI Phone Answering
PoolDial has launched a new pool service management platform designed for small and midsize pool service companies, combining operational tools with built-in artificial intelligence features.
The platform includes route optimization, customer management, billing, chemical tracking and AI-powered phone answering, with pricing set at $2 per pool per month, according to the company.

PoolDial says the system is designed for service companies managing approximately 30 to 300 or more pools and is built as a mobile-first platform. Features include a 24/7 AI receptionist to answer calls and capture leads, an AI business assistant for accessing customer data and insights and tools for scheduling, invoicing and water chemistry tracking.
The software also offers integration with QuickBooks, data import from other pool service platforms and a built-in website builder.
PoolDial is available on the web, iOS and Android, with a 30-day free trial offered.
