Latham Marks 70th Anniversary and IPO Milestone with Nasdaq Opening Bell

Latham Group Inc. marked its 70th anniversary and fifth year as a publicly traded company by ringing the opening bell at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square on April 6.

Members of Lathamā€™s leadership team and board of directors, including recently appointed CEO Sean Gadd, participated in the ceremony, recognizing the companyā€™s history as a designer and manufacturer of in-ground residential swimming pools across North America, Australia and New Zealand.

The milestone comes as Latham reported 7% year-over-year revenue growth in 2025, according to the company, despite broader economic challenges in the residential construction market.
