The Amenity Collective, a leading provider of single-service solutions across the aquatics, fitness and recreation industries, has launched Amenity Construction Group, a new holding company that unites its premier aquatics brands under one platform to deliver comprehensive pool and specialty outdoor construction services while accelerating growth initiatives.

ACG unites Pearl Pool Plastering, Jim Hinson Pools, Specialty Pool & Fountain, Resurrection Pools and CDC Pools under a single entity and draws on over 40 years of specialized expertise in pool construction, renovation and builder services for commercial and residential projects. With capabilities spanning design, consulting and building, this integration positions ACG as a single-source provider and creates an end-to-end solution for clients seeking aquatic and other outdoor construction services.

“Aquatic and outdoor amenity construction demands an extraordinary level of specialization that few companies truly master — and our trusted team executes this work with precision and expertise,” says Brian Sheehan, CEO of The Amenity Collective. The company will be headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, with an operating footprint spanning the East Coast and select Southwest markets, including Texas and Arizona. Scott Flor, formerly president and CEO of Pearl Pool Plastering, will lead ACG as its CEO. He will be supported by managing partners Mitch Larriva, president of the remodel division (Resurrection Pools and CDC Pools); Dave Turfle, vice president of the builder services division (Pearl Pool Plastering); and Chris Seeger, president of the new construction division (Jim Hinson Pools and Specialty Pool & Fountain). Each will oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance for their respective brands.

“Our goal is to deliver exceptional service and deepen client relationships through the results-driven approach we bring to every project,” Flor says. “We apply that same commitment to each acquisition, treating it as a true partnership.”
