ASP Construction Program Expands Two Years After Launch
Two years after adding construction services to its offerings, America’s Swimming Pool Co. continues to expand its pool installation and renovation work across the U.S.
Since launching the program, ASP franchise owners have completed nearly $10 million in new pool construction projects, according to the company. ASP reports it has doubled the number of locations offering in-ground concrete, vinyl and fiberglass pool installations, along with select outdoor living features.
“Our construction program is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business,” says Jimmie Meece, brand president of ASP.
In January 2025, ASP appointed Bram Schad as director of pool construction to support the program’s growth. Schad is a former ASP franchise owner in north central Florida and has more than 20 years of construction experience through his family’s roofing business. In his current role, he focuses on training, tools and operational support for franchisees offering construction services in addition to maintenance and repair.
To support the construction program, ASP has developed partnerships with several manufacturers and suppliers. These include Latham for fiberglass pool installations and Universal Rocks for rock features. Additional resources include Imagine Pools, RENOLIT, Florida Engineering, Only Alpha Pool Products, McEwen Industries, The Little Pool Co. and Plungie.
ASP intends to introduce an online pool construction planning tool in 2026 to guide homeowners through initial planning steps and connect them with local ASP franchisees.
