Cabana Acquires H&H Pool Services

Heritage Pool Supply acquisition

Cabana has acquired H&H Pool Services, a San Francisco East Bay pool service company with over 50 years of history, expanding its presence in Northern California.

Founded in the early 1970s by David Hawes, H&H serves residential customers throughout the East Bay, including Newark, Fremont and surrounding communities. Hawes previously served as president and chief financial officer of the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, was a director of Pool Industry Expo and has taught industry seminars focused on customer service and profitability.

โ€œDavid has spent decades proving that exceptional quality and attention to detail work, and his team reflects that,โ€ says Jeremy Yamaguchi, founder of Cabana. โ€œBringing H&H aboard is exactly the kind of partnership weโ€™re built for. Our job now is to support the team and give them room to keep growing.โ€

The acquisition expands Cabana’s Bay Area operations while adding H&Hโ€™s experience in pool service and repair.

โ€œIt was important to me that any potential partnership with my business reflected the attention to detail and emphasis on quality workmanship that we have maintained for the last five decades,โ€ Hawes says. โ€œFrom the very beginning, I felt the Cabana team aligned with my goals of providing professional quality results for my clients. This was the reason I was able to move forward with the sale and integration.โ€
