HASA Acquires Bio-Dex Laboratories
HASA Inc. has acquired Bio-Dex Laboratories Inc., a Phoenix-based manufacturer of professional-grade swimming pool and spa maintenance chemicals.
Bio-Dex has served the pool industry for more than 60 years and is known for specialty products designed to address algae prevention, staining, water clarity, calcium buildup and metal control. According to HASA, the acquisition expands its portfolio of specialty and ancillary water treatment products for pool service professionals.

HASA says Bio-Dex products will continue to be available through existing distribution channels while the company works to expand access through its manufacturing and distribution network.
