Heritage Pool Supply Group Acquires Island Pool & Spa Supply

Heritage Pool Supply Group has acquired Island Pool & Spa Supply, a wholesale distributor of pool and spa products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded over 40 years ago, IPS is run by longtime owner Jim Frierson and his team. The company is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, with three other branches in Maui, Kona and Kauai. Frierson will oversee the company’s transition, while Robert Edge will remain as general manager and lead the next chapter of growth for IPS.
