Pool Corporation, the world’s largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool and related backyard products, which operates approximately 375 sales centers in North America, Europe and Australia, announced the acquisition of two manufacturers: Jet Line Products, Inc., a leading distributor of swimming pool equipment, chemicals and supplies; and Ontario-based Northeastern Swimming Pool Distributors, Inc., the second largest distributor of swimming pool equipment, chemicals and supplies in Canada.
Established in 1971, Jet Line Products operates nine sales and distribution centers serving customers in the northeastern United States, Texas, south Florida and Caribbean markets; and Universal Transactions Corp, a specialty chemicals distributor serving Florida and Caribbean markets based in Miami.
