America’s Swimming Pool Co., a nationally recognized pool service franchise, recently announced two new executive appointments. Jimmie H. Meece, Jr. has been named president, and Mac Leskosky has been named vice president of operations. Assuming their respective roles in January, Meece and Leskosky have already been instrumental in pushing the brand to Q1 success through their joint leadership history and dedication to continued excellence across brand initiatives.
As the first America’s Swimming Pool franchisee, Meece opened his location in South Carolina 18 years ago and operated it until he was promoted to vice president of operations over a decade ago, working alongside America’s Swimming Pool Co. founder Stewart Vernon. Meece was initially attracted to ASP because he could control his professional growth, and he aligned with the company’s mission to provide superior service in a fragmented industry.
As president, Meece is responsible for leading company strategy, driving growth, implementing success strategies and overseeing all executive and franchise operations. His top priorities include investing in franchisees on an operational level to streamline efficiency and drive profitability as well as continuing to mentor his team to inspire leadership and propel the company forward.

With a focus on elevating staff operations and supporting day-to-day practices at America’s Swimming Pool, Mac Leskosky was promoted to vice president of operations from his previous role as director of operations.
In this role, Leskosky is responsible for directing and acting as a conduit between the executive and franchisee ASP teams, executing growth strategies and ensuring America’s Swimming Pool’s overall growth and success. Leskosky plans to prioritize offering franchise owners the best possible operational, technical and marketing support while identifying entrepreneurial partners to create growth in markets across the U.S.
