Pentair Pool, Pool Brain Plan Integration to Expand Data-driven Service Capabilities
Pentair Pool announced plans to integrate its connected equipment platform with Pool Brain’s service management software, a move aimed at expanding data-driven capabilities for pool service professionals.
The integration is designed to provide technicians with consolidated insights into pool equipment and performance, allowing for faster diagnostics and more informed service planning before arriving on-site. The integration will combine Pentair’s installed base of connected equipment with Pool Brain’s automation and service platform.
“Together with Pool Brain this integration will provide insights that will help reduce truck rolls and increase profitability for servicers while, most importantly, ensuring that pool owners are able to enjoy more pool days with their friends and family,” says Greg Claffey, senior vice president and president, Pentair Pool.
The integration is expected to support automated visibility into equipment status, streamline service workflows and improve customer response times through proactive issue identification. Additional capabilities are expected to include access to product and performance data within a single platform.
“Remote data monitoring is the future of the pool service industry and this ground-breaking integration with Pentair Pool marks a major step forward,” says Adam Beech, founder and CEO of Pool Brain. The rollout is expected in late summer 2026. To sign up for updates, visit form.jotform.com/261054909425155.
