Coversafe Inc. recently merged with Coverstar East Coast, with the new business operating under the Coversafe Inc. brand. Since 2013, Coversafe has been a distributor of Coverstar Automatic Pool Covers for the Northeast.
Owner of Coversafe, Adam Marble, and new co-owner, Kevin Taylor, bring more than 40 combined years of experience working with automatic pool covers. Combined operations will now service Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Washington D.C. from eight warehouse locations.
“The acquisition allowed us to benefit from the shared experience of both companies, improve our service to customers and operate more efficiently in the marketplace,” Marble says.
