Paul Brown — founder of Pool Lab, a pool service company in Amelia Island, Florida — announced the upcoming national launch of Serveus, a fintech and marketplace platform designed to help owner-operated service businesses run and grow their companies more efficiently.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience running a successful pool service company, Brown saw firsthand the challenges small service providers face with invoicing, payments, scheduling and customer communication. Serveus replaces the need for multiple tools like QuickBooks, PayPal and Angi by combining business management, marketplace exposure and customer communications in one platform.

“We built Serveus to be the ultimate all-in-one solution for service providers, starting with the same problems I faced every day in my own pool business,” Brown says. “From getting paid faster to attracting new customers through our built-in marketplace, Serveus is about giving small business owners the tools to compete and grow without getting buried in admin work.”

Serveus features:

  • Marketplace listings to connect with new customers
  • Built-in payments with ACH and credit card processing
  • Automated invoicing and scheduling for recurring and one-time services
  • AI-powered tools to optimize routes, reconcile payments and track performance
  • Customer chat network for seamless communication and proof-of-work sharing

Serveus will launch nationwide in September 2025, with early adoption currently happening in north Florida. Brown invites pool service professionals to join the platform early and take advantage of tools that can help them streamline operations and grow revenue.
