POOLCORP Acquires Vegas Stone Brokers

POOLCORP announced it has acquired Vegas Stone Brokers, a hardscape company known for delivering high-quality travertine, veneers, pavers and stone across the Las Vegas market, effective Oct. 3.

“Together with Vegas Stone Brokers’ robust product portfolio and customer-first approach, we are poised to drive new opportunities and expand our reach in the hardscape category as we grow our NPT brand and strengthen our presence in the West,” says Peter D. Arvan, POOLCORP president and CEO.

POOLCORP operates over 450 sales centers in North America, Europe and Australia, through which it distributes more than 200,000 products to roughly 125,000 wholesale customers.
