Texas Pools Continues Expansion with Acquisition of The Pool Man

Texas Pools, Inc., a luxury pool design and construction company in the greater Houston area, announced the acquisition of Tomball-based residential pool contractor and service company The Pool Man, Inc. It’s the second acquisition of a Houston-area pool contractor by Texas Pools, following the 2019 acquisition of Custom Pool Concepts.

“The Pool Man’s emphasis on pool service and high-quality, high-value, low-maintenance swimming pools is the perfect complement to Texas Pools’ emphasis on unusual, creative and complex pool designs,” says Paul Oman, owner and CEO of Texas Pools.
