In this session, attendees will learn from a panel of successful women who will share their experiences and tactics that helped them grow as pool and spa industry leaders. The goals of this workshop include critical skills to lead during challenging times; the latest industry management trends and how women leaders can best address them; and uncomfortable situations that have affected most women in the industry.

This course provides a concise, comprehensive way to gain a better understanding of the pool trade. Designed by pool industry experts, this session will offer practical knowledge for the service technician with one to two years of experience or anyone else in the business looking to fine-tune their skills and build their confidence. This course is also an ideal way to give office staff a look at the technical side of the business.
