Cody Pools Acquires American Pools & Spas

Cody Pools, a designer and builder of premium residential and commercial pools and spas based in Round Rock, Texas, recently acquired Orlando, Florida-based American Pools & Spas.

This latest acquisition adds to the Cody family of pool builders, which includes 15 design centers serving the metropolitan areas of San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Tampa/St. Petersburg and Orlando.

Along with Cody Pools’ Tampa, Florida location, the addition of American Pools & Spas strengthens its presence in central Florida. The operations of American Pools & Spas will be overseen by Vincent Servantez, president of Cody Pools’ Florida division.
