E-Konomy Pool Service & Supplies acquires L&L Pool Service

E-Konomy Pool Service & Supplies has acquired L&L Pool Service, its second pool company acquisition this year.

The acquisition, which was announced August 1, combines two of the largest pool service companies in Tucson, Arizona, and follows closely behind E-Konomy’s acquisition of Worry Free Pool Service in March.

“In today’s competitive market, we need to be able to offer our customers a better experience and employees growth opportunities,” says Lonnie Lominac, founder of L & L Pool Service. “E-Konomy can provide our customers a full range of products and services from retail to renovations, as well as provide our employees with benefits and room for advancement.” Lominac believes E-Konomy’s president Dapo Fadeyi has a great vision for the company, adding, “Our entire team and I are excited.

“While the two companies have been competitors ever since L & L opened in 1989, Fadeyi notes their interactions have consistently been positive. “We’ve always had a good relationship with L & L, going back more than 30 years,” Fadeyi says. “The two businesses are very complementary, and it was a natural fit to combine the two best service teams.”
